The authoritative contract is the handler itself: supabase/functions/therapy-voice/index.ts. It validates its own fields and answers 400 with a human-readable error string naming the field it rejected, which is the fastest way to discover the shape until this page carries it.
Until then this page publishes no request sample and no example response for this endpoint. A guessed one would look exactly as convincing as a real one and fail on your first call.

Errors and rate limits
Not transcribed for this endpoint either, and not inherited from anywhere: auth, payload caps and throttling are imported per handler in this codebase, and coverage is uneven. Most endpoints in this catalog do not import the payload-cap helper and do not return the suspended-organization 403 that the Core APIs return.
What does hold across the fleet is negative: no endpoint returns a code field, none returns retry_after_ms, and none emits X-RateLimit-* response headers. Error bodies are JSON and nearly always carry an error field, but its value is sometimes a sentence and sometimes a snake_case token, and it is not an enumerated set. Branch on the HTTP status and back off on your own schedule.
